The Maple Tree has evolved from its early roots as an East End sandwich main stay to a Catering and Barbeque Aficionado’s Haven. A pleasant surprise awaits you as you step in our door and the aroma of the “que” greets your senses.
After many years in Manhattan’s Four Star Hotels, Chef /Owner Kevin Judge had a dream of creating his own place. Creating a gourmet shop with carefully crafted foods and menus began to evolve. Then traveling in the southern states Kevin spotted a roadside smoker and brought these flavors home to roost. Many sauces, smoked delicacies, mix-ups and mixtures later Maple Tree’s BBQ was born.

A family run business the Maple Tree provides menus for all your catering needs. From 1 to 3000 we cater corporate, social and elegant events. You choose the service style from simple to sophisticated. Breakfast, lunch, brunch, cocktail, or dinner, we cater to the needs of clients from Nassau to Montauk.
